Concert ticket prices
Had a look at presale tickets for the Eagles at Wembley next year . FMOB ! £250+ for pitch seated tickets . £190 + for any decent stand seat !
Queen and Adam Lambert at the O2 also ridiculously priced . People talk about touts etc taking the piss . Now the bands themselves are doing it !

If you knew lauren hills history you'd know that she is an absolute cunt who stole all of the music on her ne good album and hasn't made anything decent since. I had the misfortune to see her in the summer and after arriving half an hour late she was abysmal, half the crowd went home before she'd finished.

Lord knows why she still gets bookings, probably because she has a vagina

I remember queuing overnight in the cattle market in Aylesbury in the 80s to see The Police at Friars . Those were the days !

Saw Devin Townsend on Thursday at the Roundhouse. 35 well spent as he and the band were superb.
Sunn were 35 as well and worth every penny once I'd rearranged my innards.

Re: Concert ticket prices
Last tickets I bought were for Lauryn Hill at the o2 £70 and she was fucking shite....there ought to be some kind of payback for artists that steal your money and make my bath farts sound like the Royal Philharmonic

I've just stopped buying ones that I think are overpriced.

Not a case of affording it or not, I'm just not prepared to have the piss taken.

Unless Rush toured again, then I'd sell my spleen for a ticket...

Re: Concert ticket prices
I can’t give two tickets away for Pete Tong tonight (Friday) think they are about £50 face value.

Rammenstien are doing a stadium tour next year , doubt if that’s going to be cheap.
